Cryogenic vaporizers

FERAD aluminium vaporizers are stationary equipment designed to provide safe and efficient cryogenic liquid-to-gas conversion (Argon, Nitrogen, CO₂, Oxygen, N₂O). The product range enables a wide variety of combinations for different vaporizing applications.

The equipment is designed for outdoor environments exposed to climatic conditions. The pressure part of the vaporizer is made of high-quality aluminium alloys able to withstand a maximum working pressure of 40 bar.

FRDS stationary cryogenic vessels

Stationary, vacuum and multi-layer insulated pressure vessels designed for the storage of low-temperature, liquefied gases at the point of consumption.

The vessel consists of an inner and an outer pressure vessel, both made of stainless steel. The inner vessel is hydraulic-pressure tested and insulated with a multi-layer vacuum insulation system. An automatic control system maintains the set operating pressure (pressure-building function) and minimizes losses at lower draw-off rates (economizer function).

FRDTC transportable cryogenic vessels

Transportable, vacuum and multi-layer insulated pressure vessels designed for the transport and storage of low-temperature, liquefied gases.

The vessel is protected by a robust metal frame, enabling safe handling even with a full liquid content. Like the stationary vessels, it uses vacuum insulation and an automatic pressure control system.
